Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Western Tradition Co.! Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, not counting holidays). You'll get an email when your order is placed and another one with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time
- Most toys, squishies and advent calendars usually arrive 2–4 weeks after you order. These items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, some of which are overseas.
- The Fidget Game ships from a U.S. warehouse in 2–5 business days and usually arrives 5–7 business days after that (Alaska and Hawaii can take up to about 13 business days).
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can add extra days, so please order early for birthdays and Christmas.

Shipping cost
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages
Items in one order may ship from different warehouses, so they can arrive in separate boxes on different days.

Tracking
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is made.

Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships. If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help.
